[Yes, the young wizard returns. In july 2007 the newest Harry Potter movie The Order of the Phoenix, will enter the cinema. Now the trailer has appeared on the internet, via the link on this rather unrelated website. Not many details about the plot yet, but a serious note is discernable. Voldemort has come back (my apologies for this spoiler for everyone who hasn't seen the fourth book/movie yet), but nobody believes the headmaster Perkamentus and his protegee Harry. Reckless teenagers as he is, Harry decides to take up arms against the deadliest wizard of all times by himself. That has tragedy written all over it...
Regardless of all controversy surrounding Harry Potter books and movies, I remain curious to see this. Beneath the outside of wizards and witches (still more the fairytale kind than real wicca) these tales contain images and symbols that allow a christian interpretation. The personal journey of Harry, his troubles growing up, are easily recognizable.
Now we only have to wait for book seven...
(update: the trailer has vanished from this site. I've no idea where it is now.]
